Christina Rasmussen is an acclaimed grief educator, best-selling author, and founder of the Life Reentry Foundation. With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the Academy of Art University, Christina has helped countless individuals through the process of grief and loss using the science of brain neuroplasticity. She is best known for her innovative work in modernizing grief care by introducing the Life Reentry Model, which offers a unique methodology for reentering life after loss.
Christina's personal experience of losing her husband to cancer at age 35 and having to raise her family alone while facing her own grief inspired her to create the Life Reentry Foundation. The foundation focuses on making the process of reentering life after loss accessible to everyone by partnering with innovative organizations to provide books, workshops, and training programs for grief counselors to run Life Re-entry programs.
In addition to her work at the Life Reentry Foundation, Christina has worked as an author for HarperCollins Publishers and as the CEO of the Life Reentry Institute. She has also worked as an HR Business Partner at PAREXEL and has studied human resources management at Northeastern University.
