Glenn Barger is an experienced attorney with over two decades of experience in defending injury claims. Throughout his career, Barger has represented clients in a vast range of cases, from minor soft-tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries resulting in permanent paralysis, loss of limb, and loss of life. He is highly skilled in all areas of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and jury trials in state and federal courts across Washington, Oregon, and California.

Barger holds a JD in Law from Willamette University College of Law and a B.A in Political Sciences and Economics from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, he has studied Essentials of Management at Columbia University - Columbia Business School and Economics at Linfield University.

Barger has worked with medical experts, forensic examiners, engineers, accountants, and other specialists to support his clients' cases. Over the years, he has developed excellent skills in litigating claims involving product liability, premises liability, Oregon Employer Liability Law, property damage, excessive consumption and service of alcohol, and defamation claims.

Currently, Glenn Barger is the Principle/Owner at Barger Law Group PC. Before that, he was a Capital Partner, an Income Partner, and a Senior Litigation Associate at Smith Freed & Eberhard P.C. He also worked as an Associate at Hibbard, Caldwell & Schultz and served as a Law Clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice and the Law Offices of Wallace W. Lien.
