Craig Petersen, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, joined Kidder Mathews in 2009 as Vice President. With over 23 years of experience, Petersen specializes in corporate real estate services, assisting clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations with strategic real estate planning, site assessment, acquisition, and disposition. Additionally, he builds lasting relationships with outside vendors in areas such as facilities management, furniture procurement, legal services, architecture, and security, enabling him to save his clients both time and money. Petersen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Philosophy from California State University Hayward. His special skills include lease analysis, negotiation on behalf of clients to maximize lease flexibility, and relocation and planning services.
Outside of work, Petersen is an active athlete, having run three Boston Marathons and finished two Ironman triathlons. He enjoys hobbies such as gardening, bonsai, and studying Japanese. He is also involved in charitable activities and has served as the event coordinator for The Heels for Meals 10k Race in Mountain View, CA. The event raised over seven thousand dollars for low-income families in the city.
