Overall responsibility for HR function for the UK and the CN International office of this leading magazine publisher with titles including Vogue, GQ and CN Traveller.  My responsibilities include management of the HR team and supervision of payroll, leadership on HR policy development, HR strategy development on reward, training, organisational design, compensation, employment law and recruitment.  In addition I was responsible for company salary budgeting, ensuring effective HR support for operational departments, employee relations support and management coaching. I managed the implementation of a web based HR system with self service and ongoing projects with change management.
