With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Badame has extensive experience and knowledge in the advertising and marketing industry.

Through his leadership at EC Hispanic Media, he has spearheaded numerous projects and initiatives designed to reach and engage the Hispanic community, including the El Clasificado Magazine, a verified publication with weekly circulation of over 510,000 and a readership of over 1.5 million Latinos. Badame has also overseen the development of ElClasificado.com, a Spanish-language website with 15 million monthly page views and over 1.2 million unique visitors each month.

In addition, Badame has led the growth of Quinceanera.com, an online and print magazine dedicated to the culture and lifestyle of the quinceañera tradition, as well as the Quinceanera.com Expos and Fashion Shows, which reach over 10,000 attendees in person.

Along with his work at EC Hispanic Media, Badame is also the Founder of JBR Group and a former Manager at Ernst & Young. He is a professional with years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
