~Revamped Q’s onboarding process improving employee efficiency by 500%
~Re-designed and implemented Q’s compensation principles, location strategy, and leveling structure.  The adjustments we made increased our offer acceptance rate to greater than 75% (from less than 50%) and time to close in less than 45 days.

Platform Engineering: 
~Recruited their VP of Software Engineering from Twitch and partnered with him to hire 5 engineers between Senior and Senior Staff levels. 

Radiomics:
~Recruited our Image Processing Lead and built a team around her who have expertise in machine learning, image segmentation, and image reconstruction

Helix was a spin-off from Illumina Inc. raising over $320M from Illumina Inc, Warburg Pincus, Sutter Hill, Temasek and DFJ. I was hired to lead all aspects of talent including recruiting operations, employee relations, and compensation design. 

Talent Transformation: Leading a 600% Headcount Growth with Innovative Recruiting
I built a Talent Advisory practice from the ground up managing a team of (4) full-cycle recruiters, (2) sourcers, and (2) recruiting coordinators.  I built and led the recruiting programs function which included employee referrals program, recruitment metrics and reporting, employer branding, training programs, and diversity initiatives. Together, we grew the company headcount by 600% across two locations in San Carlos, CA and San Diego which led to achieving or exceeding hiring targets in Q1 and Q2 2017.   
●One of our key achievements was developing efficiencies in our interview evaluation process for engineering, where we increased our onsite-to-offer ratio by 32% optimizing integrating tools like HackerRank.
