Brian Monahan is an AV Ambassador, VP of Sales and Business Development at Prestige AV & Creative Services, and a certified professional coach. With a passion for excellent customer service and creative event production, he brings a unique blend of expertise to the meeting industry. Brian's experience started in the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Visual Imagery Specialist, a.k.a. an AV Technician in Camouflage. He then moved on to the private sector, where he has been an Assistant General Manager, National Sales Manager, and Director of Business Development at ITA AudioVisual and Prestige AV & Creative Services.

Brian has shared his insights with the MPI Mid-America Conference, the Ohio MPI Reach Meetings, Ignite Cincinnati, and the PMPI MACE Conference, among many others. He has also released his first book, Customer Delight 365, A Daily Inspirational for Customer-Service Professionals in early 2016.

Brian's personal and professional mission is to share his knowledge, resources, and expertise with meeting and event planners to create memorable and impactful events. In addition to his industry-focused passions, he is passionate about helping others find success in business and life. He currently resides in Cincinnati with his family.
