Lee Swain is a highly accomplished individual with extensive experience in higher education, program development, and account management. Swain earned a B.S in Biology Education and Animal Science from the University of Delaware and an M.A in Higher Education Administration from New York University. Over the course of Swain's career, they have held several positions, including Director of Program Development at The Jed Foundation (JED), Assistant Dean of Students at the University of San Francisco, and Head of Account Management, North America at Togetherall. Swain's expertise and knowledge primarily lie in higher education administration, program development, staff and residential community development, student and alumni affairs, and academic coaching. They have also been involved in LGBT student services and residence hall management. In addition to their work experience, Swain has a passion for animal science and biology, as evidenced by their undergraduate studies.
