Manoj Sriram is a User Experience Designer with a background in UX Recruiting and Psychology. He has experience working in Boston and Silicon Valley and is passionate about technology and science-related fields. Manoj supports cross-platform clients both in solo and team settings and has developed key UX principles that he leverages in the real world. He is primarily motivated by satisfying user needs and making their lives easier, and believes that UX Designers have a moral obligation not to mislead their users. Manoj studied Psychology (Psychobiology) at the University of California, Davis, and UX Design at General Assembly. He is now a Senior Product Designer at Wayfair, where he specializes in TF&E Design.
