Scott Wagner is a seasoned advertising professional with extensive experience working in various roles in the industry, from advertising and marketing manager at The Rocket Magazine to sponsorship director at PICKATHON LLC. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a creative writing concentration, from the University of Washington, and also studied certificate degree in film production at Northwest Film Center and copywriting at School of Visual Concepts.
In his career, Wagner has worked for several music and arts publications, including Willamette Week, Portland Mercury, City Arts Magazine, and SF Weekly. He has also served as the vice president at City Arts Magazine and as an advertising director at both Portland Monthly Magazine and Willamette Week. Additionally, he has worked at KEXP Seattle as a music account executive and as a senior regional music account executive at SF Weekly.
Currently, Wagner is the owner of WagsWorks, where he offers his expertise in advertising and marketing to help brands and businesses grow. With experience in print, digital, and event marketing, he is a skilled professional who can effectively develop and execute marketing strategies.
