Abigail Crossen is an accomplished administrator and creative problem solver with a rich background working in higher education and events industries. Armed with strong skills in strategic planning, project management, facility management, sales, and food and beverage, Crossen leverages her deep knowledge and experience to help organizations and individuals navigate the complexities of events, education, and nonprofit support.

With a vision to help clients achieve their goals by creating unique and memorable experiences, Abigail Crossen launched her Event Management company, Crossen Creative LLC. Prior to that, she worked as Events Project Manager at Sound Planning Meetings & Events, LP, responsible for organizing conferences, trade shows, and corporate events across various industries, including healthcare, education, finance, and technology.

In addition to her event management experience, Crossen has also held numerous management, teaching, and administrative roles in higher education. She has previously worked as Assistant Dean for College Affairs, College of Built Environments at the University of Washington, where she provided leadership in academic affairs, student services, strategic planning, and community engagement. Crossen also taught summer courses as Instructor at the University of Washington Robinson Center, where she enhanced the educational experience of academically talented students.

Prior to her stint at the University of Washington, Crossen spent several years as Administrator, School of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Assistant to the Director at the University of Cincinnati - School of Architecture. In these roles, she gained expertise in higher education administration, curriculum development, and research.

Abigail Crossen also brings to the table several years of experience in the food and beverage industry. She briefly worked as Catering Manager at Marination Mobile, where she managed the operational and logistical aspects of catering for corporate and private events.
