Tony Pease is an accomplished mechanical engineer and entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and community building. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and has also studied engineering at Virginia Tech. His professional journey has taken him from serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, to working as an Assistant Method Engineer at BMW Manufacturing, to serving as the Vice President of Business Development at I-Cubed, LLC, and as the Associate Vice President Sales EPLM SBU at KPIT.

Tony has also been heavily involved in founding and leading several organizations. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Carimus, a software development agency that specializes in custom software, web, and mobile application development. He is also the former founder of Goodbookey, co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of icidigital, and former Board of Director of Small Hands Big Hearts United. His extensive experience in entrepreneurship, engineering, and business development has positioned him as a sought-after leader in his field.
