Michael Chung

Michael Chung is a seasoned corporate attorney well-versed in various aspects of business law such as securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling.

His expertise lies in assisting entrepreneurs, start-ups, venture-backed companies, family offices, and small to mid-cap emerging businesses across a wide range of sectors.

With a focus on technology, telecommunications, Internet and new media, e-commerce, fashion, hedge funds, private equity, restaurants, consumer products, and design, he serves as general counsel to a diverse clientele.

Michael's specialization includes representing venture-backed firms in founder issues, equity and debt financing, including angel, VC, preferred stock, convertible debt, venture debt, and bridge loans, from both the company and investor perspectives.
