Renato Cesar Seraphim is an experienced agronomist and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in agribusiness. He graduated from Unesp Jaboticabal with a degree in agronomy and later obtained a postgraduate degree in marketing from FGV. Renato has held numerous positions in crop protection and plant biotechnology companies throughout Brazil and Latin America, including R&D, technical support, sales, and marketing. He has also made significant contributions in restructuring distribution systems and implementing company strategies to increase market leadership in the region.

Renato's most recent challenge has been leading the platform for distribution of agro inputs in the southern region of Brazil through Agro100 with more than 40 stores and Agroferrari with 8 stores and more than 200 agronomists providing services and technical assistance for the growers. Additionally, he is a board member council for FEARP-USP and an investor in several startups, including CBCA and Flex Interativa.
