Toma Dile, a Lithuanian innovator, is leading the fight against climate change through software. He studied Advertising and Lithuanian Philology, as well as a Master of Management Studies, Knowledge, and Innovation Management. Dile has served in various capacities, including Head of Human Resources at Heficed and PVCase, Business Consultant at Confidential, HR Project Manager at UAB Kesko Senukai Lithuania, Lead of HR and Sales at Personalo atrankos ir valdymo įmonių grupė, and Customer Experience Manager at Skambuciu centras, Inc. Currently, he operates as the Chief Operating Officer at PVcase, where he continues to champion climate change reduction efforts through software.
