Will Winter

Will Winter is an experienced business strategist and economic development practitioner who has dedicated his career to improving the economic and social well-being of regional and rural communities. He has an extensive educational background, including a Higher School Certificate from The Armidale School, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training from Wodonga TAFE, a Masters in Agriculture and Rural Development from the University of Western Sydney, a Certificate in Rural Leadership from Central Queensland University, and a Diploma in Farm Management from Marcus Oldham College. Will has held various positions throughout his career, including Principal Advisor for Economic Development at Armidale Regional Council, CEO of Business Development and Social Enterprise at Will Winter Consulting, and Business Development, Corporate Engagement, Education & Research at the University of New England. Will has experience in community investment, agribusiness and farm planning, rural financial counselling, sustainability benchmarking, and Indigenous remote area health administration, among other areas. He has served on the board of directors for The Armidale School, and was also a former Business Advisory Board Member at Enactus United States.
