Farah Parkinson is an experienced events and marketing professional with over seven years of experience in the hospitality and events industry. She has a Bachelor's degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology; and a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts (Editing & Communications), Communication and Media Studies from the University of Melbourne. In addition, she holds a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from RMIT University.

Currently, Farah serves as the General Manager - Brand & Talent at Saxton Speakers, where she manages the marketing team and activities for the Saxton Group of Companies, including Saxton Engage, Saxton Global, and Celebrity Speakers New Zealand. Farah's role involves working closely with the company's exceptional talent to produce dynamic content and design and implement the overall marketing strategy. She led several significant projects in 2019, including a complete refresh of the brand identity for Saxton and Celebrity Speakers NZ, the brand launch of Saxton Engage, and the launch of the company's US office, Saxton Global.

Farah is a volunteer for Free to Feed, a not-for-profit social enterprise that helps asylum seekers find meaningful employment opportunities and facilitates community interconnectivity to help break social isolation. Her passion for yoga led her to complete an immersive 200hr Teacher Training with (Here) Yoga in Bali in 2019. She believes in yoga's accessibility and inherent right of every individual to experience well-being, health, and connection, regardless of their economic resources, gender, sexuality, or cultural background.
