Prior to joining 645 Ventures, Guerin worked in management consulting with Deloitte helping leadership teams across the country with organizational transformation and redesigns. In his next role, Guerin was Head of Business Development and Customer Success at GRAND, an early-stage financial technology startup, where he played a vital role in building operations and scale.
