Sarah Moore is an accomplished Kinesiology and Exercise Science graduate from Manhattan College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her professional experience is diverse, having worked as a Junior Analyst at Westmont and as an Assistant to an Oral Surgeon at Mamaroneck Oral Surgery, P.C. In addition, she also worked as an Assistant Pool Director, Assistant Swim Coach, Swim Instructor, and Deep Water Running Instructor at Whippoorwill Club, and as a Coach for various activities at Horace Mann School. She has extensive knowledge in fitness and wellness, working as a Jasperfit Personal Trainer at Manhattan College and as an Assistant to the Athletic Trainer also at Manhattan College. Moore has also worked as a Head Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, and Water Aerobics Instructor at Metropolis Country Club. Her expertise includes exercise science and kinesiology, personal training, aquatic and swim instruction, and coaching.
