Sue Borchardt is a research artist with a passion for creating strategies to actualize a 'positively delusional vision' for a thriving Baltimore. She is highly focused on collaboration and enabling individual, team, and organizational sense-making across various dimensions of the human experience.
Sue's educational background includes studies in Contemplative Studies at Goddard College, a Masters in Education concentrating on Mind, Brain, & Learning and Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, as well as independent studies in Electrical Engineering at University of Maryland Baltimore County and University of Maryland College Park.
Throughout her career, Sue has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as a Board Member at INTERFAITH ACTION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. She has also held roles as a sense-maker at sueborchardt.com, an animator, script-writer, musical composer, video editor, and researcher at sue borchardt - research artist. Additionally, Sue has worked as a Teaching Assistant at MIT Sloan School of Management, a Technical Consultant for Video and Animation at Expeditionary Learning, an Animator, Graphic Facilitator, Facilitator, and Teaching Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Research Assistant at both Harvard Graduate School of Education and Johns Hopkins University. She has also gathered experience as a Software Engineer III at Gene Logic and a Senior Research Programmer at Johns Hopkins University, among other roles.
