Harry van der Zwan is a highly experienced insurance executive with a passion for transforming the industry to meet the digital, connected, data-first insurance needs of new customer groups. With a track record in creating business value by lowering costs and growing the topline, Harry is driven by customer needs and building partnerships. Throughout his career, he has managed strategic partnerships and tickets to win as insurtech partnering, ecosystems, IOT, and AI. He has international experience, notably in Asia and the NE European region. Harry holds a General Management Programma Diploma from INSEAD and has studied Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Cultural and Organizational Development, and other topics across his extensive education. His career progression includes positions as Head of Distribution, Customer & Commerce at NN, CEO Non-Life, Health & Disability DeltaLloyd & OHRA, Director Sales at Delta Lloyd and AEGON Intermediair, and multiple management roles at Zurich Northern Region and Zurich Netherlands. Harry has also co-founded Travel World International's Active Travel Concepts and Intercat's Cat Sailing and Windsurf Experience Club. He has served on the Supervisory Board and Executive Committee of global insurance network, Insurope SCRL/CVBA.
