He then worked as the director of sales and partnerships at ZEDO before moving on to the director of enterprise sales (East) at Rakuten Marketing. After that, Dobbs became the senior director of programmatic sales and partnerships at Magnetic, which was later acquired by AcuityAds, where he became the Vice President of Growth - North America before ultimately being promoted to his current position, Executive Vice President - Enterprise Sales.
