Allan McGavin is an experienced business lawyer with a focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities compliance. He obtained his commerce and law degrees from Queen's University, where he played and coached rugby and managed the Queen's Business Law Clinic. Allan is well-regarded for his legal knowledge and regularly speaks at technology accelerator programs in Vancouver. In the community, he is the Director of the Global Branch Network of the Queen's University Alumni Association, and serves as Director and Treasurer of the Old Boys Association of St. George's School to aid the school and fellow graduates.
