Natalie Young is a nationally and locally recognized, seasoned professional with 25 years of comprehensive kitchen experience. She started as a cook at Coyote Cafe and worked her way up to Executive Chef at Hongas Lotus Petal Restaurant. Highlights of her career include being the opening Chef for Mortoni’s of the Hard Rock Hotel and Mark Miller’s Coyote Café at the MGM Grand Hotel. She is now the proud owner of three restaurants in Downtown Las Vegas, Eat, Chow, and the most recent addition, Bite. Natalie's passion for food is evident in her specialties including Classic French, American Comfort Food, and Southwestern Food. She is also a pro at budgeting, labor controls, food cost & controls, and sanitation procedures. Her achievements include being highlighted by American Express in a television spot titled, "The Journey Never Stops for Natalie Young," being featured as one of Las Vegas’ “Up and Coming New Chefs” in March 1995 Bon Appetite Magazine, and appearing on the Healthy Nevada Television Cooking Show. Natalie's passion for her craft extends beyond her kitchens; she is also an instructor at Nothing To It cooking school in Reno, Nevada and has completed the Lettuce Entertain You Sanitation Program. With her vast experience and expertise in the culinary arts, it’s no wonder she has been recognized by various national and local media outlets.
