Joseph Muscat is a highly experienced Managing Partner at EY's Redwood Shores office, with nearly three decades of expertise in advising companies of all sizes through their growth lifecycle. His focus is on providing world-class client service to the Bay Area's most dynamic and innovative companies. Muscat has an excellent track record in leading his team to complete successful public offerings, acquisitions, collaborations, and private placements across the Western US. His passion for entrepreneurship and education has led him to co-chair the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NTFE) Bay Area and serve on the Board of Regents at Junipero Serra High School. He also regularly shares his perspective on trends in venture capital, the IPO market, and entrepreneurship. Muscat has studied accounting at Santa Clara University and an undisclosed subject at San Jose State University, making him a highly qualified and experienced financial expert. Muscat and his team have won numerous awards, including six Entrepreneur of the Year awards, recognizing their exceptional service to high-growth entrepreneurs.
