Mathew Joseph is an accomplished AI and Data Science professional with over 29 years of experience in innovation, product development, project management, and team building. He currently serves as Vice President and Head of Artificial Intelligence Labs for CIMB bank, where he leads the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions for the bank's operations in seven Asian countries.

Mathew's expertise covers data science, AI, machine learning, deep learning, advanced analytics, natural language processing, digital transformation, innovation management, data strategy, big data, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Oracle), Hadoop, Python, R, SAS, Scala, Spark, SQL programming. He has a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in Technology from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Aside from his role at CIMB, Mathew is an official mentor of Kerala Startup Mission, one of the largest startup incubators in India. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker, delivering guest lectures on AI at prominent universities like the Indian Institute of Managements and Indian Institute of Technologies.
