Hugh Njemanze is an established entrepreneur and technology leader in the field of cybersecurity. He co-founded ArcSight, a cybersecurity company that provides enterprise security solutions. He served as the company's Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Research and Development. Under his leadership, ArcSight grew rapidly and became a market leader in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) industry. HP later acquired ArcSight for $1.5 billion.

Njemanze's contributions to the cybersecurity industry have been recognized with several prestigious awards. In 2011, he was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He was also included in Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal's 40 under 40 list in 2003.

Before founding ArcSight, Njemanze held various technical leadership positions at Netscape Communications, Loudcloud, and HP. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
