Rafael Kawahara grew up with a passion for constructing software and understanding the architecture behind it. He honed these interests into real-world skills by studying Computer Science at both Junior High in Anglo Campinas and at the Universidade Federal de São Carlos. Over the course of his career, Rafael has gained a wealth of experience and expertise by holding numerous positions at top companies. He began as a trainee at Santander and Idera, followed by positions as a .NET developer at ProIT, PlayPhone, and BRQ, a senior developer at Citibank, a software engineer at Programmer's Software & IT Services, and a tech lead at GuiaBolso. After that, Rafael spent a significant amount of time at BTG Pactual, where he was promoted to executive director after serving as director - IT manager, tech lead - associate director, and senior developer - systems architecture. Through his work, Rafael has gained significant expertise in software architecture, development, and project management.
