Nakhapetyan co-founded Sensemakers, a prominent organization that provides consulting services to businesses seeking to innovate and evolve in a rapidly changing world. He also co-founded Friends Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential. Additionally, Nakhapetyan is an Emeritus Professor at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and previously served as the Chairman of the Alumni Board.
