Field Pickering is an accomplished professional in the alternative investment space, with expertise in Southeast Asia. He studied History & International Affairs at the University of Colorado Boulder and has a degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He also studied at the University of Buenos Aires and attended private schools like the Holderness, Rye Country Day, and Hotchkiss Schools.
Pickering's career has spanned across several organizations, including his current role as Head of Venture & Impact Investing, COO, and General Counsel at Vulpes Investment Management. He has also previously served on the board of directors at Hiip and Patamar Capital and has held managing partner positions at Seed Myanmar Ventures, Red Box Energy Services B.V., and investment director roles at BW Ventures. He has also worked as a senior vice president for the investment group at Cool Planet Energy Systems and as a chief strategy officer/general counsel at Red Box Energy Services B.V.
