Gulnaz Aksenova is an accomplished educator, researcher, and innovator in the field of digital design and construction. With a PhD in Strategic Management and Digital Design & Construction from the University of Liverpool, she brings exceptional knowledge and expertise to the table. Aksenova has also studied at top universities such as Aalto University, the University of Helsinki, and Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design in Moscow.

As a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Building Information Modelling and Management at UCL Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, Aksenova shares her passion for BIM and advances in construction technology with her students. Further, her experience as a Research Assistant and Visiting Research Scholar in top institutions such as The University of Salford and Stanford University has allowed her to conduct research that has provided insightful solutions to the industry's challenges.

In addition, Aksenova's professional journey has involved work as BIM Intern at Pomerleau Inc. and Research Associate at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS). Besides these, she has also worked as part of the McKinsey European Virtual Academy at McKinsey & Company.
