Jeremy Harrington, a seasoned design leader and speaker, boasts an impressive background, spanning across various industries, including consumer products, media, manufacturing, precision agriculture, finance, and retail. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge on building and leading digital design teams. Throughout his career, Jeremy has mentored dozens of companies through innovation accelerator programs, demonstrating how best to leverage user-centered design and design thinking to get products to market more efficiently. He is also an investor and partner in several startups, further showcasing his passion for entrepreneurship.

As a former Director of Experience at Principal Financial Group and Director of Strategy, Experience & Growth at Uplift Delivery, Jeremy is well-versed in driving innovation and growth. He has also held leadership positions at Shift Interactive and Voce Communications, where he led design teams and collaborated on digital products' development. At Siemens UGS PLM Software, he served as the Usability Engineer and Visual Design Lead and later as the Teamcenter Interface Design & Strategy.

Jeremy holds a B.S. from Truman State University and has studied Design Leadership at Cooper Professional Education and Summer at Interlochen Center for the Arts. His expertise lies in design thinking, digital innovation, user-centered design, and design leadership.
