Emburse is a new global leader in expense management and accounts payable automation solutions, supporting more than 4.5 million business travelers at 14,000 organizations in 120 countries. I joined Emburse from Chrome River in 2020 when it became part of Emburse.As a member of the Product Leadership team I am responsible for the Expense products across all our Business Units at Emburse, including Chrome River. My role includes defining and executing on product strategy as well as building and developing a team of outstanding product individuals.

I lead the Product Management organization at Chrome River Technologies, a SaaS company in the Expense & Invoice Management space.Our mission includes a long-term commitment to innovation and exceptional customer experience.My role in that mission is to build and develop a team of individuals who work with engineering and all other parts of the organization to constantly deliver value to our customers.Since taking over as head of product, the company's annual recurring revenue grew by over 60%, achieving our annual sales targets in both 2018 and 2019. The product team grew to about 20 people with an engineering organization of more than 100 people.Location: Los Angeles, USA

As lead Product Manager of the main product EXPENSE I reported directly to the CEO. Among other things my responsibilities were planning and execution of the strategic roadmap together with various scrum teams, coordination between the Expense and other product teams (Integrations, Analytics, Tools) and implementation of new processes to increase the team's effectiveness.Since joining the product team and leading the efforts of the EXPENSE product, the company's annual recurring revenue grew by a factor of 4. In the same time frame the company grew from around 100 employees to over 300. Location: Los Angeles, USA

Worked on several projects for Porsche Sweden as part of my Master's Program.Main project:Responsible for roll-out of E-Mobility across all Porsche Centers and Service Centers in Sweden.This included readiness of all the Porsche (Service) Centers and all processes of Porsche Sweden  for the new plug-in hybrid models, such as the 2014 Panamera S E-Hybrid.Side projects:- Analyzed and optimized several internal processes to increase operational efficiency (E.g. The software Chromeriver is a	collaborative cost control software tailored for each customer individually. Created and maintained a support application to optimize processes within the company. Mentored additional programming team members as the project and business grew.
