Julie Sawaya is the co-founder and co-CEO of Needed PBC, a health and wellness company. With an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master's degree in business administration, she has a diverse background in both healthcare and entrepreneurship. Before starting Needed, Sawaya worked at H.I.G. Capital, a private equity firm, and was a partner at GrowthX, a venture capital fund. Her experience in the healthcare industry and passion for well-being and sustainability helped drive the creation of Needed PBC, a company focused on providing high-quality, sustainable wellness products.
