Mario Toon is a highly skilled and accomplished 3D specialist with extensive experience in the production of critically and financially successful mobile games across various platforms. With a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production Animation from the DigiPen Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Digital Media Design from Nanyang Polytechnic, Toon has also served as a lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic, where he taught interactive and digital media.

Toon has worked in various multicultural and professional environments, where he has created assets for games and managed teams, specializing in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Zbrush, Maya, and Topogun, among others. He has also worked with 2D software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash, as well as management platforms like Shotgun and JIRA.

Toon is a Singaporean native who has lived in Seattle, Washington, the USA for six years before moving back to Singapore. He has previously worked as a 3D Game Artist at King and 3D Artist at Nonstop Games. He was also a freelance 3D Environment Artist at Favorite Medium and has held several other positions such as 3D Artist at Z2, 3D Art Intern at Z2, Contract Artist at Mikoishi, QA Tester at Mikoishi, Art Intern at Mikoishi, and 3D Artist at DSTA/Nanyang Polytechnic.

His goal is to bring fun and enjoyable experiences to gamers and spread joy through games. In his spare time, Toon enjoys creating art, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
