Christy Raedeke has over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development across a broad array of industries; from high-tech to biotechnology to textile tech. She has spearheaded award-winning marketing campaigns like Cannes Lion advertising awards and Clio Awards official selections. Christy's impressive background covers a variety of esteemed companies, including Microsoft, Landor Associates, Noble Biomaterials, Cocona Inc., and Chargeurs*PCC Fashion Technologies. She was the CMO at Noble Biomaterials, where she restructured the brand architecture and launched the Ionic+ brand. Also, as the EVP of Global Marketing and Sales, Christy played a vital role in developing and launching the 37.5 Technology brand at Cocona Inc. Furthermore, she is one of the founding members of DesignxHumanity's administrative team, a non-profit organization that provides free technology and design training to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to help them start their careers.

Christy began her career in marketing and PR at Microsoft in 1988, where she played a significant role for seven years. Later, she joined top branding agency Landor Associates as a Senior Copywriter, and with time, she became the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at The Mountain Zone, where she focused on co-branded events around mountain sports and strategic partnerships with companies like Imax, Vans, and Warren Miller. Christy is an alumna of the University of Oregon, where she studied journalism.
