She is dedicated to improving the quality of care for patients by optimizing medical staff operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency. In addition to her work at Inova Health System, Colleen has been an active member of professional organizations such as the National Association of Medical Staff Services and the Virginia Association of Medical Staff Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Daemen College and is a Certified Professional Medical Services Manager.
