Ankit's experience is vast and varied, starting with his role as a Marketing and Design Intern at the Monsoon Company. After this, Ankit served as the Branding and Growth Manager at Holstee, where he helped Holstee grow as a brand and reach a broader audience. In his next role as the Head of Product at Dwellers, Ankit led the Product team, and he was responsible for delivering innovative and functional products to customers. In Community Operations at Tilt.com, Ankit worked closely with community teams to develop and deploy community-centric strategies that played an essential role in growing the company. Later, as the Community Engagement Program Manager at Airbnb, he grew Airbnb's diverse community and helped enhance the guest experience.

Ankit's most impressive achievement was when he founded Tea With Strangers, a nonprofit organization that brings people from different backgrounds together to talk and share experiences. The organization has since grown to eight cities across three countries and has brought together more than 5,000 participants.
