Matt Feinstein is an accomplished nonprofit leader with a JD in Law and a BA in Government and Politics. He studied Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School Executive Education, which honed his expertise in nonprofit administration. Mr. Feinstein is the Executive Director of NJ LEEP, a nonprofit organization that provides college access and career readiness programs for first-generation and underrepresented students in New Jersey. He has served in various leadership roles at NJ LEEP, including Deputy Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, and Managing Director. Mr. Feinstein's previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Obama for America and a Legal Education Coordinator at NJ LEEP. With his extensive background in nonprofit management, Mr. Feinstein has helped NJ LEEP expand its programs and increase its impact, making it a leading nonprofit organization in New Jersey.
