Responsible for the End-to-End Integration testing of AZ's SAP European Business System (EBS) template roll-out to Sweden. The roll-out involves significant modification to the template and the integration of 30+ secondary systems requiring significant testing effort. My role includes management and coordination of a 15+ off-shore test team,as well as virtual management of other vendor and client teams. I am also responsible for the validated testing phase to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry / GMP / FDA requirements, as well as support to the AZ business during User Acceptance Testing and Cut-Over.

Responsible for Defect Tracking, Management and Reporting for Astra Zeneca's Poland SAP roll-out using AZ's standard European Business System (EBS) template, across the test phases of Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. This involved communication / management of both vendor and client teams located in Poland, UK and India. The project included two phases, an inital roll-out on SAP 4.7 followed by an immediate upgrade to SAP ECC6.0As part of the ECC6.0 upgrade I was also responsible for the co-ordination of the "validated" testing conducted in line with pharmaceutical industry / GMP / FDA requirements.

Building upon my original Consultant/Team Leader role I worked with a partner organisation to develop, market and implement an integrated management and quality solution for SAP. This included presentations to “C-Level” and more technical users and implementers of SAP across all markets in the UK and globally. The solution is focused on business process modelling and a risk-based approach to the deployment, management and upgrading of SAP and has involved project work for clients including Harrods, Boots and The BodyShop.

Heading up a team of six Internet Developers I was responsible for pre-sales activities and then the subsequent delivery management of E-Business development projects to organisations such as Geodis Logistics, Marconi Management College and DEFRA and the Environment Agency. Technologies were all web-based, but I was also responsible for database development using Oracle.

I was also responsible for managing the re-branding of HP Openview and the subsequent HP internal sales/marketing workshop.
