Frank Kellogg is a well-educated, certified personal trainer and self-defense expert with over 14 years of experience. He holds a second degree black belt and has previously served as a lead instructor for Sorority Self Defense. Kellogg aims to hold self-defense and fitness seminars at local businesses and colleges.

Frank holds a master's degree in Accounting and a bachelor's in Science, both achieved at Rider University. He has also earned a High School diploma and an Associate of Science with a concentration in Business from Ocean County College.

Currently, he serves as a Fitness Coach at Trident Fitness and Performance while lending his time as a former President and Secretary of the New Jersey Phi Beta Lambda. Kellogg has also worked at PwC and has served as a former Transfer Pricing Tax Intern at TE Connectivity, a former Ethics & Compliance Intern at PwC, and a former Worldwide Financial Compliance and Procedures Co-op at Johnson & Johnson.

Kellogg has a diverse background that includes experiences ranging from a Security Officer at SOS Security to 1st Degree Black Belt Instructor at Gilliam's Taekwondo Academy. He has been an Orientation Leader at Ocean County College and a Student Worker at Rider University.
