Senior Project Manager (Web & Mobile Application)

- Building the platform solutions team by working with the recruitment team and 3rd party vendors Working with the stateside Product Owners and Product Manager to plan the release calendar and         decide deliverables for a release-- Working with the team (Developers, QAs and Business Analysts) to plan, scope and deliver to   the commitments-- Review user-stories, test plans, designs, code, etc. and ensure that all processes and standards for platform applications for Ellucian are followed-- Work with the Release and Documentation Team to ensure that builds are posted on time with utmost quality, timeliness and accurate information-- Build a good understanding of our Platform products, customer base and their needs and work with the Product Owner to help manage customer expectations and queries via eCommunities-- Participate in our annual user conference ELive and look for opportunities for the team and self to present topics of interest to our vast customer base-- Work with the customer support team to triage on issues reported and ensure that customers get a prompt response for their issues-- Bring-in a culture of continuous improvement in the team by focusing on areas that can benefit from automation to improve customer experience and quality-- Work with the customer advocacy team to understand NPS scores for our Platform applications and look at methods to drive improvement-- Set SMART goals for the team members and conduct regular feedback and performance review sessions
