Blerime "Blu" Topalli is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in entertainment, digital transition, immersive strategy, and consumer experience. She is currently a partner and Head of Immersive Strategy at CubeXR, where she focuses on immersive experience strategy and cultivating creative partners and sponsors for large-scale XR events. Blerime is also responsible for co-developing "Guardians of Gaia," an immersive experience produced with the World Bank Group to battle global warming.

Before joining CubeXR, Blerime has worked with global, matrixed organizations, non-profits, and entrepreneurial startups as an executive and consultant on digital transition, immersive strategy, and consumer experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Film from Boston University and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts from San Francisco State University. Additionally, she studied MBA in Business Administration both from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the University of Oxford.
