Rae Nicoletti is a talented founder, creative designer, and visual merchandising expert from the United States. She studied Finance at Fairfield University and went on to accumulate a broad range of experience in various creative industries. Rae started as an executive assistant to the creative director at kate spade before progressing to more senior positions, including Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager at kate spade, Senior Leader of Creative Development, and Prop Styling at Restoration Hardware, and Director of Visual Merchandising at Lolli and Pops, Inc.

In addition to her many years of experience, Rae also worked as a freelance interior designer at Homepolish, where she helped clients turn their homes and offices into stylish and functional spaces. More recently, she founded HOZEN, a vegan sustainable handbag company that focuses on combining social responsibility and stylish, functional products. Throughout her career, Rae has demonstrated that she has an exceptional eye for design, a talent for visual merchandising, and a commitment to sustainability.
