With over 25 years of P&L responsibility, Guy has led several regional and global businesses and business units, enhancing their performance and driving growth. He has worked in over 25 countries and has lived in Asia for eight years, gaining a unique outlook and experience in the international market.

Guy is an Honorary Fellow of Engineers Australia, where he has served on the Board of the College of Leadership and Management, and regularly cited in Engineers Australia's 100 Most Influential Engineers in Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has studied at various prestigious institutes like the INSEAD, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Harvard Business School Executive Education, and University of Technology Sydney.
