Kim Langbecker is a highly experienced Executive Director, Event Producer, and Strategic Development Consultant with over two decades of experience in the social sector. She has successfully produced events in different domestic and international locations, from an IDP camp in Haiti to the lobby of the World Bank. Kim has a deep understanding of arts programming and has worked extensively with under-resourced, youth, and Indigenous communities as well as established organizations in their mission, board development and strategic planning. Kim is a co-founder of two social benefit organizations dedicated to indigenous issues, environmental concerns, and cultural threats. She has a strong proven ability to build and maintain equitable relationships and collaborations with diverse community partners.
