Canadian engineer Colleen Rollings has a wide range of experience spanning several industries. She spent over 20 years in the natural gas distribution sector, overseeing the engineering, design, construction, procurement, and regulatory approval processes of natural gas pipelines valued at over $300 million. Rollings later shifted her focus to project management, founding H3R Inc., which specializes in coordinating and carrying out projects for public sector organizations. Under her leadership, H3R Inc. has completed several complex projects, including the installation of a $2.5 million dollar patient safety system and a $1 million operating room suite renovation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Western Ontario, and she has completed Project Management Professional and accounting and finance courses. Rollings is also actively involved in her community, serving as chair of a church property committee and overseeing the installation of playground equipment for a local school.
