Dr. Arthur L. Satterwhite III, SHRM-CP is an accomplished diversity, equity, and belonging change agent, leadership and diversity consultant, speaker, writer, professor, and futurist/strategist. With a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree specializing in Intergenerational Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Arts degree in Religious Education from New York Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Monmouth University, Dr. Satterwhite is well-equipped to handle various fields.
Dr. Satterwhite is the Vice President of Diversity, Belonging & Strategy at Young Life, where he is responsible for leading the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. He is also a former Adjunct Professor of Consulting Principles at Regent University and Founder & Principal at Satterwhite & Co., LLC.
Before joining Young Life, Dr. Satterwhite served as the Vice President of Multiethnic Ministries for American Bible Society, where he led efforts to develop and implement strategies for engaging diverse communities.
Dr. Satterwhite has also held key leadership positions in strategic development, youth engagement, and millennial engagement. He is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with Transformational Leadership Development and a certified Enneagram Coach. He has also been trained in the DiSC assessment and is fluent in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tendencies.
