Michelle Lefler is a highly experienced Corporate Communications professional with a background in high-performance internal and external communication. She has spent considerable time in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and is considered an expert in Brand PR. She has extensive experience in Employee engagement leadership and has a great track record of building company culture during periods of change. She has managed various issues including the development of response plans, real-time issues analysis, active management, and serving as a corporate spokesperson. Michelle also has a strong command on Canadian public affairs and multinational business environments.
