Puneet Tandon is a highly experienced engineering leader who has worked across various industries, played diverse roles, and has a deep understanding of software engineering. Tandon graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and initially worked in Wipro Technologies as a Trainee.

Tandon then worked at Morgan Stanley for several years as an Associate, Senior Associate, and Consultant before becoming a Vice President. After Morgan Stanley, he founded SISDON Infosolutions Private Limited and worked at Mobile Nirvana Technologies Pvt Ltd as Lead Developer. He later joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as SDE 3, where he was promoted to Engineering Manager. He then worked as Engineering Manager at Swiggy before joining his current company, Observe.AI, as Senior Engineering Manager.

Tandon's expertise lies in Requirements Analysis, Project Estimation, Agile Methodologies, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Software Project and Team Management.
